START A PROGRAM AUTOMATICALLY AT SYSTEM STARTUP WITH WINDOWS
Open the startup folder
Press Win+R and type “shell:startup“ after that press “OK”.

Copy shortcut
Create a shortcut of the program you want to start and copy it in the startup folder.

Open User Accounts settings
Press Win+R and type “netplwiz“ after that press “OK”

Change User Accounts settings
Uncheck “Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer” then press “Apply“

Confirm your Account
Type in your User name and Password and press “OK”
